A Sampling of NovemberFest Foods

A sumptuous menu of hors d’oeuvres has been planned for NovemberFest guests by Springfield Country Club chefs

• Whole wheel of Brie served with strawberry fondue, grapes, baguettes and   crackers
• Warm Spinach and artichoke dip(fresh spinach and artichokes in an apple-   smoked bacon and cream cheese dip) served with rustic bread and crackers
• Imported Antipasto
• Curried chicken and raisin canapé
• Vegetable spring rolls with sweet Thai chili
• Chicken and pineapple brochette
• Mini quiche
• Crab-stuffed mushrooms
• Swedish meatballs
